Bio: Sandor Valner is the CEO of Valor, a provider of capital and advice to growing real estate and property technology companies. Prior to Network Bankers, he was a founder/leader of two investment banking platforms and a private equity real estate investment management platform. Through these companies he has led more than $20B of capital raising, M&A, restructuring and real estate investment transactions. His experience includes real estate portfolio management, company restructurings, M&A, and public and private capital raising in debt and equity. He was a partner of Walton Street Capital, a global real estate fund manager where he started and led the Latin American operations. Prior to that, he was the Mexico country head for Credit Suisse.
