Bio: Patricio has 30+ years experience in real estate investments, as well as private equity portfolios with Mexican and International investors. He has been a partner and COO of Artha Capital since its inception in 2010 and serves as CEO of its industrial platform, Frontier Industrial, focusing on the acquisition, development, and disposition of industrial properties.
