Bio: Chris Freise is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Redco Development, where he oversees the Bay Area portfolio. In its 6-year history, Redco has completed $1B+ in acquisitions across industrial, multifamily, and office. Previously, Chris founded Lift Partners, a West Coast industrial platform that completed $500M in acquisitions, including a discretionary fund backed by an Ivy League endowment. Before that, he was Transactions Director at LBA Realty, managing a 14M sq ft Northern California portfolio across acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions.
