Bio: David is a Los Angeles–based real estate professional specializing in the management and construction of commercial multi-family properties. Since joining his family’s firm in 2017, he has overseen projects across the city, bringing a strategic and hands-on approach to the business. His career began in technology, working in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2012 to 2017 in both software and hardware development, with a focus on prototyping and implementation at companies such as Numenta, an artificial intelligence pioneer, and IDEO, a renowned innovation consultancy. David holds a MS in Computer Science from Stanford and an MBA from UCLA Anderson, which he leverages alongside his technology background to bring innovation and operational excellence to the real estate sector.
