    Bio: Hanns Lee oversees development, and asset management across all major property types for Hines' San Francisco bay area portfolio. Prior to this role, he served as the head of Hines Workplace Services and led the development and launch of its workspace-as-a-service platform for Hines’ global portfolio. In addition, he served as a managing director in Hines' Office of Innovation focusing on portfolio future-proofing and proptech initiatives. Hanns has over 20 years of experience in acquiring, developing, and managing Class A office buildings, office campuses, and office-anchored mixed-use projects. He previously served as the Irvine Company's and Lowe Enterprises' top executive for their respective northern California regions. Hanns earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania after serving as a military officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and earning his B.S. in civil engineering from Stanford University.
