Bio: Meris is SVP at Trammell Crow Company, where she excels in navigating complex commercial developments. She has shaped over 15 MSF of developments and led project teams through all phases of the development process, from initial analysis, entitlements, consultant selection, design, and permitting, through construction and occupancy. Meris' clients, who include investment partners and owner-occupants, appreciate her ability to identify and implement synergistic opportunities to optimize project outcomes. As a licensed civil and structural engineer, she has extensive commercial building experience. Meris is a San Francisco Business Journal '40 Under 40' honoree and also volunteers with HIP Housing, an affordable housing non-profit organization, where she currently serves as President of the Board.
