Bio: David is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners. Argosy, with $4.0B of AUM, invests alongside its operating partners in multiple real estate asset classes through opportunistic, value-add, core plus, and Opportunity Zone strategies. David is also Co-Founder, Co-CEO & Managing Partner of Argosy-Lionbridge Management, a real estate hedge fund manager with $175M of AUM. Additionally, he is on the Advisory Board for 1SharpeVentures, a proptech VC firm. David previously worked for JP Morgan, AIG and Bank of America. David is a Co-Founder of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council (SREC ) and an Emeritus Board Member/Past President of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). He is a member of the Water in the West Advisory Board (Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability) and of The Real Estate Roundtable and the ULI’s National Small Scale Development Council. David has a BS and BA from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton. He is a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Helena/Calistoga.
