Bio: Jennifer Deason is CEO of Home Partners of America (a Blackstone portfolio company). Prior to Home Partners, Jen was the Chair & CEO of Belong Capital, where she focused on buying a technology enabled business. She was Co-Founder of Flowcode with the former CEO of AOL (Tim Armstrong). While serving as Sotheby’s Global Head of Strategy & Business Development, she led all digital transformation efforts. As CFO the Weather Company, Jen was a part of the team that pivoted the business toward digital data and SaaS business lines; the business eventually sold to IBM. She focused on growth, operational efficiencies and international expansion as an operating executive at Bain Capital, McKinsey, World Bank and eBay. Jen has an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Yale University. She sits on the Boards of Concentrix (NYSE: CNXC), Mastercraft (NASDAQ: MCFT), MASSMoCA and Cooper Hewitt Design Museum. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
