Bio: Krystal is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where she advises clients in the real estate, gaming and lodging sectors on strategic activity, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Over her career, she has executed a variety of transactions including public mergers, take-privates, spin-offs, bolt-on acquisitions and IPOs. Before joining the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging team in New York, Krystal worked at Goldman Sachs in Australia advising clients in the consumer and industrials sectors. She holds Bachelor degrees in Science (Genetics) and Commerce (Economics & Finance) from the University of Melbourne in Australia, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
