Bio: TC Ostrander is the Managing Partner of Catalyst Innovation Lab, where he leads the firm's early-stage venture investing in PropTech companies. TC is also the Founder and CEO of Artio, Inc., a risk transfer analysis, structuring, and execution platform focused on helping commercial real estate (CRE) companies save money on property and casualty insurance costs by providing an easy pathway into alternative risk transfer (ART) solutions and management. In the past, TC was Vice President of Investments at Blum Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm focused on growth investments in technology companies. TC started his professional career as the economic policy advisor to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. TC graduated from Stanford in 2007, where he was a quarterback and two-time team captain of the Stanford football team.
