Bio: Sandor Valner is the CEO of Valor, a provider of capital and advice to growing real estate and property technology companies. Prior to Network Bankers, he was a founder/leader of two investment banking platforms and a private equity real estate investment management platform. Through these companies he has led more than $20B of capital raising, M&A, restructuring and real estate investment transactions. His experience includes real estate portfolio management, company restructurings, M&A, and public and private capital raising in debt and equity. He was a partner of Walton Street Capital, a global real estate fund manager where he started and led the Latin American operations. Prior to that, he was the Mexico country head for Credit Suisse. Mr. Valner obtained an MBA and a MS degree in Engineering from the Stanford University. He is an active member of the YPO Organization and participates on the boards of several public and private companies and charitable organizations.
