Bio: Todd Regonini has been with Sares Regis since its founding in 1993. Todd has expertise in developing and delivering for-sale, for-rent, affordable, and mixed-use communities at all density ranges, near jobs, transit and services. He jointly oversees the Development and Investments Division of Sares Regis, including Regis Homes Bay Area, which sponsors a wide range of development opportunities including in-fill residential and faculty/staff housing in the Bay Area. Todd also jointly leads the efforts of Regis Contractors Bay Area. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Todd holds an MS from Stanford and a BSE in Civil and Structural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a past Consulting Associate Professor in Stanford’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and is active in Urban Land Institute- Residential Neighborhood Development Council, BIA, and Lambda Alpha International. He also served as a Golden Shovel Advisor to multiple Stanford GSB student teams through NAIOP.
