    Bio: Mr. Young is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH). Headquartered in Dallas, Invitation Homes is a leading owner and operator of single-family homes for lease with 87,000+ homes in 16 markets across the United States. Prior to Invitation Homes, Charles was Executive Vice President at Mesa Development, a national commercial and residential real estate developer, where he spent 10 years overseeing several large scale residential mixed-use projects and iconic buildings. Before joining Mesa, Charles worked for Goldman Sachs in their Real Estate Principal Investment Area (Whitehall) as well as Goldman's Investment Banking Division in Mergers and Acquisitions. Charles currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Stanford University and on the Board of Floor & Decor (NYSE: FND). After undergrad, Charles spent several years as a professional football player in the National Football League and the World Football League. He lives in Chicago with his wife and their 3 children.
