Bio: Julie Gutzwiller is a Principal of Bridge Partners, a multifamily real estate investment firm with a footprint across the US and more than $2 billion in assets under management. Over her twenty-plus year tenure, she has played a central role in growing the firm’s AUM from $200 million to $2 billion. As COO/CFO, Julie leads the firm’s operational and financial infrastructure. She is responsible for directing portfolio and asset management and overseeing partnership structures, tax reporting and compliance, risk management and insurance programs, as well as investor relations and fundraising. Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1990 and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 1999.
