Bio: Julie Gutzwiller is a Principal of Bridge Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family investments nationwide. During her twenty+ year tenure, Julie has helped grow the firm’s AUM from $200mm to $2B. As its CFO/COO, Julie sits on the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for tax strategy, reporting and compliance; investor relations, and; capital formation and deal structuring. Julie is the firm’s investment portfolio manager, focusing on talent, technology and risk management to optimize outcomes for internal and external investors. Prior to joining Bridge, Julie worked in land acquisition and forward planning for Greenbriar Homes and as the Real Estate Director for Urban Media, a venture backed tech company deploying on-site data and e-commerce solutions to real estate owners. Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1990 and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 1999.
