Bio: Mr. Lischke is Managing Partner responsible for acquisitions and dispositions at Merlone Geier Partners, a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use properties on the West Coast. The firm has raised $4.3B of discretionary equity capital over the past 28 years, acquiring 173 properties. Prior, Lischke helped build GPI Companies and was the CIO, where he built the portfolio to more than $550M assets under management, establish and invest a $200M equity commitment (which increased to $500M) on behalf of a state pension fund. Prior, Lischke worked in acquisitions and development at Trammell Crow Company, MRP Realty, and The JBG Companies in DC. Lischke graduated from Stanford in 1997, earning a BA in Economics with honors. He was a 4-year letterman on the varsity swim team, winning NCAA and four PAC-10 championships. He earned an MBA from Harvard. He is an active participant in real estate professional organizations including ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP.
