    Bio: Mr. Lischke is a Managing Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Merlone Geier Partners, a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use properties on the West Coast. The firm has raised over $4.5 billion of discretionary equity capital over the past 30 years, acquiring over 175 properties. Prior to joining Merlone Geier in 2016, Mr. Lischke was a founder, partner, and the CIO of the GPI Companies. Prior to launching GPI, Mr. Lischke worked in acquisitions and development at Trammell Crow, MRP Realty, and The JBG Companies. Mr. Lischke graduated from Stanford in 1997, earning a BA in Economics with honors. He was a 4-year letterman on the varsity swim team, winning NCAAs and four PAC-10 championships. He earned an MBA from Harvard. He is an active participant in real estate professional organizations including ULI, ICSC and NAIOP. Mr. Lischke is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Gillispie School where he serves as President.
