Bio: Beale Infrastructure is a U.S. focused Blue Owl Capital platform that invests in and develops data centers and digital infrastructure for hyperscalers and leading technology companies. Prior to joining Beale, Hanns held leadership positions at Hines, Irvine Company, and Lowe Enterprises, where he oversaw real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management in the Northern California market over a 25-year career. In addition, he co-founded Hines’ Flex Office platform and served as a managing director in Hines' Office of Innovation, focusing on portfolio future-proofing and proptech initiatives. Hanns earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania after serving as a military officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and earning his B.S. in civil engineering from Stanford University.
