Bio: Drew is a partner and owner in Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), a closely held real estate developer, investor, contractor and manager of residential and commercial property. He oversees development investments including land acquisitions, debt and equity/JV structuring. Since its inception in the early 1990's SRGNC has acquired or developed approximately 19,000 multi-family and residential housing units and 14 million square feet of commercial and civic properties. We currently have a residential pipeline of over 3,500 residences of both for sale and for rent valued at over $3.0 billion as well as $7.0 billion of commercial activity. Drew is a frequent speaker at industry events and the former Stanford coach for the annual Golden Shovel Real Estate challenge. He is the former ULI-SF District Chair as well as a ULI National Product Council Member. Drew holds a BSE from Princeton University and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Stanford.
