Bio: Henry Bandet founded the HG Capital funds in 1995 and is a Partner in the firm. He has originated and structured more than $1.5 billion of value add and opportunistic real estate investments in the Western U.S. Prior to founding HG Capital, Mr. Bandet was the President of the Hunting Gate group of companies, a diversified real estate business with offices in California and England. He holds a California real estate broker's license. Mr. Bandet graduated from Stanford University with a B.A.S. degree in Economics and a B.A.S. degree in Applied Earth Sciences, both with honors.
