Bio: Meris Ota is a developer and real estate advisor who has led some of the largest and most complex projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Drawing from her comprehensive experience across all development stages, Meris excels in the strategic shaping of projects. Her leadership experience extends beyond projects to include organizational management and executive operations. As a licensed structural and civil engineer, Meris has also led numerous feasibility studies to convert and repurpose existing buildings. Most recently, Meris served as SVP with Trammell Crow Company (CBRE) where she launched its Bay Area life science portfolio. Prior to Trammell Crow Company, Meris led corporate campus developments and high profile projects at Project Management Advisors and Sares Regis Group of Northern California. Meris is a board member for Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) and President of the Board for HIP Housing.
