Bio: Mr. Christensen is the Executive VP, Hospitality, with Lone Mountain Land Company in Big Sky, Montana, where he is responsible for overseeing planning and development of luxury hotel projects such as Montage Big Sky, The One and Only Moonlight Basin and a luxury hotel on Windermere Island in Eleuthera, the Bahamas. Working for Irongate LP, he was CEO of Costa Palmas from 2015-2017 which is a 1,000-acre mixed-use resort community and marina with two miles of beachfront in Los Cabos, Mexico. He was CEO of Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico, one of Laurance Rockefeller's original RockResorts and prior to this he was VP of Development at Auberge Resorts, where he was responsible of new luxury resort projects in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. During his 30 year career, Mr. Christensen has consulted to many hotel developers and hotel chains, including Hyatt, Hilton, Intercontinental, Marriott and Starwood. He holds MBA and M.Ed. degrees from Stanford University and a BA from Dartmouth College.
