Bio: David is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners. Argosy, with $3.0 billion of AUM, invests alongside its operating partners in multiple real estate asset classes through opportunistic, value-add, core-plus, and Opportunity Zone strategies. David is also Co-CEO & Managing Partner of Argosy-Lionbridge Management, a real estate hedge fund manager. He is also on the Advisory Board for 1SharpeVentures, a proptech VC firm. David previously worked for JP Morgan, AIG and Bank of America. David is a Co-Founder of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council (SREC) and an Emeritus Board Member/Past President of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). He is a member of the Water in the West Advisory Board (Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability). David is a member of the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable. David has a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton. He is a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Helena/Calistoga.
