    Bio: David is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners, a real estate fund manager with over $2.0 billion in real estate assets under management through ten discretionary, commingled funds. He manages the investment strategy, asset management, operations, and fundraising, and invests nationwide in multiple real estate asset classes through opportunistic, value-add, core-plus and Opportunity Zone strategies. Prior, he was a VP for the real estate investment group of J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He joined JPM from AIG Global Real Estate, a global opportunistic real estate private equity investor, where he was VP. He is a member of ULI's National Small Scale Development Council as well as the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley. He has a BS Civil Engineering and a BA Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton. He's a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Helena and Calistoga. He's also an inductee to Stanford Associates for his volunteer efforts at Stanford.
