Bio: Scott is the Managing Partner at Build Inc. With over 25 years of investment and operating experience, Scott leads the company's strategic direction, manages Build's operating business, and leads the company’s capital markets activities. At Build, Scott has led more than $600mm of project capital formation, including the company's co-investment fund, Build Partners Investments (BPI). Prior to Build, Scott was a Partner at Preferred Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm, the Founder and CEO of OneService International, a multinational logistics company, and started his career at Nike, Inc. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors with TBI, a Palo Alto family office. Previously, Scott was on the Board of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE).
