    Bio: Melinda is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Ellis Partners, one of the Bay Area's leading commercial real estate investment and development firms focused on creating value across a broad spectrum of investment strategies and property types. Her primary responsibilities are to formulate and oversee company strategy and operations and serve on the company’s Investment Committee. Melinda started her real estate career with A.R. Jarvis & Company, a regional finance firm, and spent 7 years in acquisitions and portfolio management with Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisers prior to the founding of Ellis Partners. She holds a BA in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford GSB and is a Member of Lambda Alpha, ULI, and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center. Melinda is a regular guest lecturer at the GSB and U.C. Berkeley and is currently an advisory board member of the UCSF Foundation Investment Company, PRIME Residential and SPIRE.
