Bio: Ron Zeff founded Carmel Partners, Inc. in 1996, a real estate development and investment management firm based in San Francisco that specializes in the development, acquisition and renovation of multi-family properties in high barrier to entry markets. He serves as its chief executive officer and chairman of its investment and executive committees. Throughout its history, Carmel Partners multi-family portfolio has led to the successful execution of over $20 billion in multifamily investments including 142 properties and 53,548 units. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council and has received numerous philanthropic and industry awards throughout his career, including the City of Hope, Spirit of Life Award in 2015. At Stanford, he serves on the GSB Advisory Council. He received a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
