Bio: Gregg is a partner in Serra Real Estate Capital, providing credit tenant lease financing to local governments and corporations. Separately, he advises private partnerships with transgenerational ownership on strategies for maximizing value from legacy assets. Gregg's career began as a Trammell Crow partner, developing office buildings in Dallas. He then founded Trammell Crow Corporate Services, which provided development and management support to corporate owners. This entity's successor, Global Workplace Services, is now a multi-billion dollar revenue source for CBRE. After leaving Trammell Crow Company, Gregg co-founded Essex Capital with Joel Peterson, where he managed a 3 MSF portfolio across 13 states. More recently, he served as COO for Karney Properties, overseeing a private commercial portfolio of over 100 buildings in Southern California. Since 2017, he has been a member of ViaTechnik’s Board of Advisors. He holds a BA degree from Dartmouth College.
