    Bio: Gregg serves as independent advisor to VIATechnik, a consulting firm specializing in reducing costs and incorporating virtual design–and a finance company specializing in credit tenant lease transactions for local governments and corporates. He began his career at Trammell Crow Company as a partner responsible for developing and operating 7M sq. ft. of office buildings. He founded Trammell Crow Corporate Services providing TCC's services to corporate owners of real estate. Its successor Global Workplace Services has now grown to be a $12B+ source of revenue for CBRE following its acquisition of TCC. Prior, he co-founded a private investment firm with Joel Peterson, overseeing a several million SF portfolio with properties in 13 states. He served as CIO and COO for Karney Properties, a private real estate investment company in Los Angeles where he restructured $120M in debt and coordinated $100M+ in acquisitions largely funded through 1031 exchange transactions. Gregg has a BA from Dartmouth College.
