Bio: Gregg is a partner in Serra Real Estate Capital, a company providing credit tenant lease financing to local governments and private corporations with institutional credit. Independently, he helps private partnerships with 2nd and 3rd generation owners to develop and execute strategies to realize “highest and best use” value from legacy assets. Gregg began his career as a Trammell Crow partner developing office buildings in Dallas. At the board’s request, he then founded Trammell Crow Corporate Services providing development and management support to corporate owners of real estate. Its successor, Global Workplace Services, is now a multi-billion dollar source of revenue for CBRE. After leaving Trammell Crow Company, he founded Essex Capital with Joel Peterson, and managed a 3 MSF portfolio in 13 states. More recently, he served as COO for Karney Properties, a private 100+ building commercial portfolio in So Cal. Since 2017, he's been on ViaTechnik’s Board of Advisors. BA degree: Dartmouth College
