Bio: Patrick Tooley founded and serves as Managing Partner of Tooley Interests, LLC ('TI') a firm focused on the acquisition, development, and long term ownership of strategic real estate in Southern California's coastal urban markets. Prior to founding TI Patrick was a Senior Vice President at Wilson Meany where he was responsible for investment and commercial development activities in Southern California. His experience includes advisory work for CalPERS and other pension investment funds. Patrick previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPIRE and is a past Board Member of the Westside Urban Forum where he served as Treasurer. He is active in ULI and ICSC and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Stanford University.
