Bio: William Rothacker oversees a firm specializing in single tenant retail development and shopping center investment repositioning and development. Projects are primarily located in California, Colorado and Washington State. Prior to founding Cadence Capital Investments in 2001, he was with Trammell Crow Company for 21 years where he served in numerous capacities including executive committee member, President and CEO TCC Retail, and Partner.
