    Bio: Mr. Nagin has 25+ years’ experience as both a lender and equity investor across all major asset classes and risk profiles. Over this period, he has closed over $5 billion of real estate investments, with responsibilities ranging from analyzing, sourcing and structuring transactions to asset management. Mr. Nagin joined Bellwether in 2024 and is responsible for overseeing debt asset management across multiple institutional client portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Nagin held debt and equity origination and team leadership positions at JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Bank, Gramercy Capital, PCCP and Canyon Partners. He serves as the Board Chair of Economic Resources Corporation and is a member of the ULI Industrial Office Property Council, City of Hope’s Real Estate & Construction Industries Council, and Make-a-Wish’s Los Angeles Real Estate Cabinet. Mr. Nagin holds a B.A. in Human Biology with a concentration in Economics and Environmental Management from Stanford University.
