Bio: Mike Kramer is a Managing Director for Sand Hill Property Company, a Palo Alto-based real estate development and investment firm with housing, office, retail, hotel, and mixed-use properties from San Francisco to San Jose. He oversees acquisition, development, and asset management across all product types, and serves as portfolio manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional partners and investors. Mike is also Chief Investment Officer of Woodland Park Communities, an affiliate of Sand Hill, focused on multifamily communities. WPC owns and manages over 1,800 apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes in Silicon Valley, with over 600 more in development. Mike earned a BS from the University of Illinois, an MS in civil engineering from Stanford, and a dual MBA/MPA from Wharton and Harvard.
