Bio: Adam Siegman is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner with Ethos Real Estate, where he oversees acquisitions and capital markets. He brings 20+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, distressed debt, loan origination, and real estate operations. Prior to Ethos, Adam was Managing Director of Watt Investment Partners, the commercial real estate acquisition arm of the Watt Companies, leading the capitalization of $850M + in transactions. Prior to Watt, Adam was VP at LoanCore Capital, where he originated and acquired $700M+ in mortgage and mezzanine loans on commercial properties. He was VP at OneWest Bank, working on FDIC-assisted acquisitions of First Federal Bank and La Jolla Bank, and an Associate at Citi Property Investors. Adam holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA from Stanford University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the UDMUC Green Product Council. After graduating from Stanford, he played a season of professional soccer in the USL for the San Francisco Bay Seals.
