Bio: Mr. Holzman joined Google in 2018 as Director, District Development and is responsible for overseeing large scale district planning and development execution. Beforehand, he was a Senior VP with Sares-Regis Group of Northern California, leading teams on behalf of Google of several large scale, sustainable, innovative real estate development projects. Prior to Sares Regis, he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Juniper Ridge Partners LLC/Kuratek Holzman LLC in Bend, OR. His firm was unanimously selected through nationwide RFQ to be master developer of Juniper Ridge, a public-private partnership of 1,500 acres in Oregon. Prior to that, he worked at Wilson Meany Sullivan with day-to-day responsibility for securing entitlements for Bay Meadows, an 83-acre, $1B transit-oriented development. The project earned plan approval with endorsement of the Chamber of Commerce and the Sierra Club. He received his BA (with Honors) at Stanford and an MBA in Real Estate, Haas Scholar from the Haas School of Business.
