Bio: Ms. Tan is a real estate professional with 3 decades of experience, with projects focusing on high impact development and public-private partnerships, involving more than $6B in mixed income, mixed-use and affordable communities. She is consulting on organizational development, governance, and capitalization strategies, to transformational urban redevelopment efforts. She was Managing Director, Real Estate for Oakland A’s, where she led the efforts to create a new ballpark district at Howard Terminal and redevelopment of the Coliseum. Prior, she was SVP, Head of U.S. Development at Bentall Kennedy, EVP, Director of Northern California Operations at Related California and EVP in charge of Real Estate Development and Finance at BRIDGE Housing Corporation. She serves on the board of the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, the S.H. Cowell Foundation, and Thoits Brothers Inc. She is a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council and Urban Land Institute. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley and MBA from Stanford.
