Bio: Yayu provides strategic direction for the Sares Regis portfolio of projects, overseeing over $6B of highly-sustainable and complex ground-up commercial and infrastructure developments in the Bay Area. She collaborates with innovative experts to deliver built environments that meet the dynamic needs of future generations and to advance the industry. Yayu was lead development manager on the Google Bay View campus which was awarded Engineering News Records’ 2022 Global Best Project. She has received numerous awards for leadership in the industry from Silicon Valley Business Journal, SF Business Times, and Bisnow. As a Stanford Adjunct Lecturer, she mentors graduate students with project and career advice and contributes to her community through service as a member of the Stanford Construction Institute and the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Yayu holds an MS in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley.
