Bio: Chris Freise is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Redco Development, where he oversees the Bay Area portfolio. In its 6-year history, Redco has completed $1B+ in acquisitions across industrial, multifamily, and office. Previously, Chris founded Lift Partners, a West Coast industrial platform that completed $500M in acquisitions, including a discretionary fund backed by an Ivy League endowment. Before that, he was Transactions Director at LBA Realty, managing a 14M sq ft Northern California portfolio across acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions. Chris learned ground-up development working as Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle and worked on 5M sq ft of ground-up development in Vulcan’s South Lake Union project including Amazon’s Corporate Headquarters and several high-rise residential projects. He began his career working at RREEF as an analyst. Chris holds a BS and MS from Stanford and is Downtown San Jose PBID Board President and Downtown SF Partnership Board Member.
