Bio: Daniel Hersh is a Vice President at Hersh Family Investments and focused on the firm’s real estate investment and development strategies. Daniel is responsible for identifying new investment themes as well as leading all aspects of the investment and development processes, including underwriting, execution, financing and asset management. Currently, Daniel’s main focus is an industrial development strategy focused in South Texas. Before graduating the GSB in 2024, Daniel was based in NYC and served as a Vice President and Associate at W5 Group, a family office that invested in residential developments and acquisitions in the multifamily, SFR, student housing and co-living spaces along the east coast. Prior to that, Daniel was an Analyst and Associate in Credit Suisse’s real estate investment banking group. Daniel graduated with a degree in economics and journalism from Northwestern University in 2017.
