Bio: Shawna Peterson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a strong background in structural engineering and development management. She earned her undergraduate degree in architectural engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and pursued her master's in structural engineering at Stanford University. Beginning her career at Arup, she gained hands-on experience engineering national building projects before transitioning to development management at Sares Regis (SRGNC). At SRGNC, Shawna played a crucial role in the development of Google's Bay View campus in Mountain View, California. Now based in San Diego, she manages ground-up development and tenant improvement projects for Lincoln Property Company. With a proven track record in both technical and managerial roles, Shawna brings a wealth of expertise to the commercial real estate industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, Shawna enjoys playing beach volleyball, competing in 5-10K races, snuggling her dogs, and spending time with her family.
