Bio: Noah Pape is a co-founder of Peregrine Land Investments, a real estate private equity firm with nearly $70 million in committed capital focused on the acquisition of pre-development land in the Texas Triangle. He brings a diverse range of professional investing experience and a strong academic foundation in quantitative methods to the management team. Noah is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s machine learning and artificial intelligence efforts, driving innovation in the sourcing and evaluation of real estate investments. He earned a B.S. degree with honors and distinction in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and later received a M.A. in International Relations from Koç University in Istanbul as a Fulbright Scholar.
