Bio: Anna Cole is an Asset Management Associate at Stockbridge Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco. In her current role, Anna manages all of Stockbridge’s commercial assets in Southern California, including retail centers, flex-office parks, industrial buildings, and low-coverage land assets. She has also built out the Supply Chain Infrastructure (SCI) Platform for Stockbridge, a $2B+ cross-fund portfolio of truck terminals, truck yards, equipment maintenance facilities, and outdoor storage properties across the United States. For this platform, Anna covers all assets in Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Reno, Salt Lake City, and Southern California. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Anna worked for Alta Housing, a non-profit affordable housing developer in Palo Alto, CA. Anna received her B.S. in Architectural Design in 2019 and her M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering in 2020.
