Bio: David Yankey serves as a Senior Associate for InLight Real Estate Partners, an industrial real estate development and investment firm based in Ponte Vedra, Florida. In his role, Yankey is responsible for sourcing ground up development opportunities along with acquiring strategic industrial investments throughout the Atlanta and Nashville markets. Prior to joining IREP, Yankey served as a Senior Director for Carter & Associates, a leading national real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Atlanta. At Carter, Yankey was responsible for sourcing ground up multifamily development opportunities across the Southeast and asset management of a 1mm square foot adaptive reuse project. Yankey graduated from Stanford University in 2014 with a B.S. in Science, Technology & Society. Yankey was drafted in the 2014 NFL draft and played four seasons in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Alex, and their Great Dane, Lewis.
