Bio: Megan Frost is an Analyst on Blackstone’s Strategic Partners Team based in New York. Within Strategic Partners, Megan sits on the Real Estate Vertical which is currently investing out of their eighth fund that invests solely in real estate secondary transactions. Working on both LP-Led and GP-Led transactions, Megan underwrites deals in every asset class and geography. Megan interned with Blackstone Strategic Partners in the Summer of 2022 and then returned full-time directly out of undergrad the following summer. Before interning at Blackstone, Megan interned at Hines in the Summer of 2021. While at Stanford, Megan was on the Varsity Field Hockey Team and served as the President of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club, working closely with SPIRE to coordinate events and help spread awareness of real estate investing to undergraduates at Stanford. Megan received a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2023 and is originally from Charlotte, NC.
