Bio: Son of a Greek-Canadian contractor, Alexander grew up on Vancouver job sites witnessing how preventable design errors cascade into costly delays and budget overruns. This firsthand experience drove him through mechanical engineering at UBC, managing billions in hospital projects at EllisDon, mixed-use developments at QuadReal, and the largest urban regeneration project in Europe, the Ellinikon. As a Fulbright Scholar at Stanford GSB, he co-founded BuildCheck with the mission to eliminate construction's $280B annual rework problem.
