Bio: Emma Rosen oversees capital formation and partnerships for the fund. She joined RSF in 2016 and prior to her current role oversaw RSF’s senior living investment originations. She served on the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) Future Leaders Council. Before joining RSF, she specialized in interest rate derivatives at Morgan Stanley and was a portfolio analyst at New Holland Capital. She is a member of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council (SREC) Emerging Leaders and is an MIT Education Counselor in the Dallas metro. Ms. Rosen received a BS in Economics from MIT, where she also played on the Women’s Varsity Tennis Team, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Orbis Investment Management Fellow and an Arjay Miller Scholar.
