Bio: Grace is a Principal at Microsoft, where she leads the Data Center Site Due Diligence Program. With extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors of real estate and construction, she has successfully led diverse teams across residential (single-family & multifamily), retail, office/commercial, industrial, and data center projects. Grace’s career includes roles at an electric utility company in Atlanta, Stanford University’s Office of Real Estate in Palo Alto, and a real estate private equity firm in London, UK. She also served as a seconded data center consultant for Google, managing site selection projects in EMEA. Grace’s journey at Microsoft began as a land development manager in London before returning to the United States. She holds a BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
