Bio: Paul Hayes is a Vice President, Development at Howard Hughes Holdings. Based in Ward Village, Howard Hughes’ 60-acre master planned community in Honolulu, he leads development of mixed-use luxury condominium towers through entitlements, design, sales, permitting, construction, and delivery. Previously, Paul was a Development Executive at CRC Companies where he led the entitlement of a 2,000 unit master planned community in the Bay Area. Before receiving his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business he was a Designer for Hart Howerton, where he led design of a master planned community on Oahu; repositioning and renovation of five Waikiki hotels; master planning of a luxury hotel, resort, and beach town in Las Catalinas, Costa Rica; and strategic master planning for Mammoth Resorts. In addition to his MBA from Stanford GSB he holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architectural Design & Urbanism from the University of Notre Dame.
