Bio: Hady is currently a Vice President at IPI Partners, a global investment platform focused on data centers and other technology and connectivity-related real assets. Before joining IPI, he was a Director at Hines in San Francisco, overseeing acquisitions and development in the Bay Area. His responsibilities included directly managing the acquisition, entitlement, and development of over 1,500 multifamily units, 2.6 million square feet of office space, and 500,000 square feet of industrial buildings. Prior to his tenure at Hines, Hady worked as a consultant at Exponent in their infrastructure/construction practice. He holds a Master of Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from The University of British Columbia.
