Bio: Michael Saadine is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Invisible, an interdisciplinary real estate investment platform, and Co-Founder of Constellation (an Invisible company), a research technology company that helps find, extract, and organize data for finance professionals. Michael is also a Senior Advisor to the Drexel Nowak Metro Finance Lab, where he helps lead the National Housing Crisis Task Force. Michael previously co-launched UrbanView Capital, a pioneering social impact real estate strategy, where he co-led equity financing for $400M+ of ground-up real estate development. Prior to UrbanView, Michael was a real estate private equity investor at Northwood Investors, where he worked on $2.2B of acquisitions, dispositions, and development, and a real estate investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael has been a contributor to pieces published by the Drexel Nowak Metro Finance Lab, The New Localism, and the Philadelphia Citizen.
