Bio: As Development Associate at Ward Village, Albert Alix focuses on the analysis and development of mixed-use condominium and commercial projects throughout the neighborhood. Prior to joining the Ward Village team, Albert worked in structural engineering with a distinct focus on commercial, healthcare and multifamily projects in Seattle. He graduated from Stanford University in 2015 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and later went on to receive his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Stanford University in 2016 and M.B.A. from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2023.
