Bio: Dante Gaudet serves as an Associate with Stream’s Investment Management platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates totaling over $2 billion in equity. Dante’s responsibilities encompass the entire investment life cycle, including acquisition underwriting, financing, asset management, and dispositions. Dante began his professional career with Goldman Sachs on the Real Estate Financing Group where he assisted with commercial mortgage originations across all US markets and asset types. During his time at Goldman, Dante underwrote hundreds of deals ranging in size from $5 million to over $1 billion. Dante graduated from Stanford University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering. During his time at Stanford, Dante participated in several social and academic organizations, including the Stanford Real Estate Club and Stanford Club Polo. Additionally, he gained practical experience through internships at CIM Group and Mack Real Estate Group.
