Bio: Simone Nelsen has recently joined PGIM Private Alternatives as Vice President, Business Development. Previously she was Regional Head of Asset Management for the Northeast and Southeast markets at Bridge Investment Group on their Opportunity Zone platform. She was formerly at BGO for two years executing Portfolio Management for BentallGreenOak's Open Ended Core Plus Fund. She obtained her MBA at Georgetown McDonough School of Business, graduating in 2021. Prior to Business School, she spent three years with Roofstock (www.roofstock.com), the online marketplace to buy and sell single family, tenant-occupied rental properties. Prior to joining Roofstock, Simone graduated from Stanford University in June 2016 with B.A.s in International Relations with Honors (International Security & Comparative Governance) and in Russian Language, History & Culture.
