Bio: Nora Mansilla is a Project Manager at Fifth Space. She works on the asset management and finance team and manages the delivery of community benefits, including affordable housing. She was instrumental in the development and financing of the first workforce housing building at the Power Station mixed-use development in San Francisco. While a student at GSB, she worked alongside the founding team at MTO Fund (fellow GSB alumni) to launch their social impact real estate investment product. Before Stanford, Nora was a construction manager for office, residential, mixed-use, biotech, hotel and taxpayer-funded school facilities projects. She has an MBA with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from the GSB and an AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. In her spare time, she is an alumni admissions interviewer for Dartmouth and enjoys adventuring around the Bay Area with her family.
